Description as Provided by the Designer:

The client required a building, unlike the usual run-of-the-mill banquet designs. They didn't need curved classical windows with flashy colors. Instead, they wanted the simplicity of Dehradun to reflect in the facade. That's why we thought of including terracotta in this design.
